Our Story
In 2013, we got our start as the franchise Garage Experts of Birmingham, installing epoxy coatings for residential garages. Two years later, we became Starling Concrete Resurfacing, LLC, an independent company that offers customers more solutions for concrete projects. We perform concrete refinishing through diamond polishing, chemical resistant coating and decorative overlay. We have invested in state of the art equipment and have attended certification courses in all areas of concrete resurfacing. In addition, we consult with partner companies to find the best products for your project. Ultimately, we love what we do and we want you to love what we do for you.

Our Philanthropies
Fisher Hill Cemetery: We are the primary caretakers of an early 1900s abandoned cemetery.
Fire Departments: We support the HFD’s charity effort for burn victims.

About the Owner, Vernon Starling
Owning my own business and contributing to the spirit of America is a dream come true to me. After working in the medical industry in the U.S. and Asia-Pacific and missionary field in Romania, India and Moldova, I am excited to be working at home and helping each of our customers get the best product and service for their investment. 

I enjoying working hard, but I like to have fun in my free time. My wife, Kim, and I travel, ride the Harley and enjoy time with our daughters (and mostly recently, grandson)!
